Can you give me more product information than what is on your website?
  • Maybe. We encourage viewing the manufacturer's website, reading product reviews online, or directly contacting the manufacturer as they can typically provide the most accurate and detailed information.  Some questions we may be able to answer, but we will not open retail packages under any circumstance to provide additional information about products.

Do you take walk-in customers?
  • No.

Do you have your products drop-shipped?
  • No. We currently stock 100% of our products in our own newly-built warehouse and ship them ourselves.

Do you take orders or handle support over the phone?

  • At this time all ordering must be done through our website.  Additionally, all support at this time will be handled through email.  This is done to eliminate the additional costs of having dedicated staff to answer phones so that we can pass along additional savings to our customers. Rest assured that all emails will be responded to quickly.  You can contact us for support using our contact form.

Do you ship outside the United States? 
  • Currently we are only shipping to the United States, United States Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.  All APO/FPO shipping will be done using the United States Postal Service, regardless of order size.
