Holiday Shipping: Koolertek will not be shipping orders on Dec. 23, Dec. 24, Dec. 25, Dec. 31, and January 1. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Rates are based off of the weight of the order, location of recipient, and type of service selected. Koolertek ships to the United States and US Territories only. Shipping and Handling: Koolertek ships all orders same day if orders are received by 2PM Central Standard Time (Monday - Friday), otherwise orders will ship the next business day. There is no shipping on weekends or holidays. Shipping will be delayed for orders paid by e-check. E-check orders will ship when the funds clear. All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or by UPS Ground. Express shipping for both carriers is also an option. Some larger orders will ship in multiple boxes. Large commercial orders may require shipping by UPS Freight. We pack all orders with care to avoid damages to items during shipping. We DO NOT just toss items in a box with an air pillow or two like many companies do these days to cut costs. We accept payment for orders through our own secure checkout using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as through Paypal Express and Google Checkout. Out of Stock and Back-Ordered Products: Sometimes products become out of stock and back-ordered through the manufacturer. We try our best to keep inventories accurate in our store so that out of stock items can not be ordered, but occasionally out of stock items get ordered for various reasons. In these situations the customer will always be notified and given the option to wait or cancel the item. Post Office Boxes: All orders that are to be shipped to a PO BOX must be shipped by USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Shipments to APO/FPO Addresses: Shipments to APO/FPO addresses must be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Order Tracking and Delivery Confirmation: When your order ships you will be notified by email of the shipment and provided a tracking number. The UPS tracking number provides an accurate location of your order. The delivery confirmation number provided by the USPS does not provide the same level of tracking as UPS, but does indicate when the package is scanned leaving our facility and sometimes as it enters and leaves sorting centers, then finally at time of delivery. |
